Graduated in Jewelry and Accessories Design and Postgraduate in Jewelry Business from the Istituto Europeo di Design, she has worked
in the jewelry sector for over 15 years,
developing collections for the industry and exclusive design for retail.

MARCIA CROCE

With over 30 years of professional experience in the jewelry sector, graduated in Advertising and Publicity, Post-Graduated in Fashion Marketing, and Communication, certified
by the IEL Counselor Development Program (Euvaldo Lodi Institute).
Director of DGNG Design & Business – Consulting and Marketing Office,
specialized in strategic brand planning, branding, consumer trend and behavior research with a focus on the jewelry segment.

JANIENE SANTOS

PhD and Master in Communication Sciences from USP, advertising and specialist in Design Management, with experience in marketing and product development. She has been researching trends in behavior and consumption since 2008. She is the author of the book “Sobre Tendências e o Espírito do Tempo”, in its 2nd edition. She is also a jewelry designer and before moving to the USA, where she has lived for 11 years, she coordinated the Jewelry and Accessories Design course at the Istituto Europeo di Design for 9 years.
