Graduated in Jewelry and Accessories Design
and holds a Postgraduate degree in Jewelry
Business from the Istituto Europeo di Design.
She has been working in the jewelry sector
for over 15 years, developing collections for
the industry and exclusive designs for retail.

MARCIA CROCE

Marcia Croce has over 30 years of professional experience in the jewelry sector. She holds a degree in Advertising and a Postgraduate degree in Fashion Marketing and Communication. She is certified by the IEL (Euvaldo Lodi Institute) Counselor Development Program. She is the Director of DGNG Design & Business – a Consulting and Marketing Office specializing in strategic brand planning, branding, and trend research focused on consumer behavior in the jewelry segment.

JANIENE SANTOS

PhD and Master in Communication Sciences from USP, advertiser, and specialist in Design Management, with experience in marketing and product development. She has been researching behavior and consumption trends since 2008. She is the author of the book “On Trends and the Spirit of the Times,” now in its second edition. She is also a jewelry designer, and before moving to the USA, where she has been living for 11 years, she coordinated the Jewelry and Accessories Design course at the Instituto Europeu di Design for 9 years.
